Being involved in an accident can be extremely stressful. Add to that the anxiety of finding a body shop that does quality work in a timely matter. At the LAcarGUY Body Shop, our job is to melt away your stress and anxiety with professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
Our staff, from the person who does your estimate, to the professional that puts the last bit of paint on your car, are perfectionists that treat every car as if it were their own. The professionalism of the facility and staff will give you unprecedented peace of mind when you need repair work on your vehicle. We have 3 convenient locations throughout Los Angeles to begin the process of getting your car repaired as quickly as possible.
Upon your arrival to any of our three convenient locations, one of our helpful staff member will greet you and listen to your needs. One of our Estimators will perform a visual inspection and explain the process that will be required to resort your vehicle to its pre-loss (before the accident) condition. Once your vehicle is transferred to us our staff goes through a detailed check list to make sure your car is given the upmost care including covering the driver’s seat, installing floor mat covers, etc.
After the initial appraisal, we will determine the amount of time it will take for us to complete the work on your vehicle. We know how important your time is and we give you an expected finish date at this point. Some vehicles with light damage repairs MAY qualify for our unique “72 hour Fast Track”.
Fast Track Repairs
Our Fast Track Department is designed to maximize efficiency and expedite the repairs of small and minor damage, minimizing the downtime of your vehicle. Vehicles that qualify for Fast Track can have their body shop work done in only 72 hours! Obviously, many repairs don’t qualify for this unique service, but if you have light repair work, be sure to ask if you qualify for this incredible service.
Normal Repairs
Vehicles that don’t qualify for Fast Track, but don’t have structural damage fall into this category. We will provide you with the best estimate of the time frame for completing the work on your car. We will also be in constant contact with you to keep you updated on our progress and our estimated completion date.
Heavy Collision
If your vehicle has been diagnosed as having structural damage, we move quickly to determine the extent of the damage to your frame. All structural repairs require precise equipment to enable accurate measurement and exact re-construction of your vehicle to factory standards. The LAcarGUY Body Shop prides itself on using only the best and newest equipment and we use the Celette Fixture system to achieve this standard. You may not have heard of a Cellete Frame Bench, but if your car has sustained frame damage, the Cellete is your best friend. The Cellete Frame Bench allows us to pull the frame of your car back to what it was when the it left the factory. Most body shops don’t have one because they don’t want to make the investment. We know our customers want the best for their cars so the investment in this state-of-the-art piece of equipment was a no-brainer. Click here to see this amazing machine in action.
If your vehicle requires new paint, it will get the VIP treatment as our painting is done in cutting-edge Garmat USA Spray Booths. These booths are industry best, equipped with specialized “Downdraft” fans which pull contaminates away from the car so they don't get in the paint. You’ll be happy to know that all the paint we use is eco-friendly. Eco-Friendly paint takes a lot longer to get dry so we have also installed “Speculating” Fans to help cut down on this extra drying time
After a complete inspection of your vehicle repair, we certify that we taken all the necessary steps to restore its crash worthiness, as well as a guarantee that all of the work has been done in a factory authorized method. Your car will be waiting for you washed inside and out.
